that will feature carnival games and rides, arts & crafts, live entertainment and MUSIC, a taste of Sarasota featuring delicious food and beverages from Sarasota’s finest restaurants (including a beer garden), lots of games, pie eating contests and a fun zone with inflatable rides, hay rides, a Not so Scary Haunted house and Safe Trick or Treating for both evenings. The highlight, though, is the critical mass of pumpkins, which will create a memorial wall built from scaffolds in honor of our Fallen Warriors that will illuminate the sky Halloween night and bring a new tradition to Sarasota FL.
So carve your jack-O-lanterns and take it to the Sarasota Pumpkin Festival! This event will be held on Friday and Saturday, October 30th and 31st, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Phillippi Estate Park, 5500 S Tamiami Trl, Sarasota FL. There is NO ADMISSION FEE. The Sarasota Pumpkin Festival, a non-profit event that relies entirely on donations from individuals and businesses to make the Sarasota Pumpkin Festival Happen. All proceeds go entirely to All Children’s Hospital and The Fallen Warriors Foundation.

To help raise funds to build homes for those families that have given everything in honor of our country, a loss of a loved one.” said founders of The Sarasota Pumpkin Festival Lazarus Fernandez and Joshua LaRose.
The Sarasota Pumpkin Festival is the kind of event you have to see to believe. When folks from all around bring their customized pumpkins to welcome this new tradition to Sarasota. Imagine thousands of carved pumpkins, their illuminated, grinning and grimacing faces staring from towers, benches, and line the streets of Phillippi Estates as they illuminate the foreground of the historic Edson Keith Mansion.
